The Next Step, Inc. is dedicated to breaking down barriers that prevent communities from accessing and benefiting from digital tools and technologies. We work in partnership with community leaders, centers, healthcare professionals, and educational institutions to raise awareness of vital programs and ensure digital access for underserved populations, including individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
The Next Step, Inc. is an approved vendor for the Texas Education Agency - Parent-Directed Special Education Services (formerly Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES)) program. Parents/guardians of eligible students served by special education and enrolled in a Texas public school are granted a one-time $1,500 online grant to obtain technology devices and/or services.
