What we offer
Digital Upskilling
From foundational skills to career-ready credentials
Start with a 2-week online course that builds practical skills in Microsoft Office through hands-on projects. Students create tools they can actually use, like a resume and an Excel budget, with support from live instructors.
After completing the foundations, students qualify for up to 6 months of Google Career Certificate training, creating a clear, supported pathway from basic digital skills to job-ready credentials. Includes Workplace EQ Coaching.
Coaching Support
Build the skills that help people keep and succeed at jobs
Students receive ongoing coaching focused on emotional intelligence and professional skills needed to succeed at work. Coaching helps learners navigate workplace expectations, communication, stress, and feedback through real-world scenarios.
This support is designed to strengthen job readiness, retention, and confidence, especially during transitions into new roles or work environments.
Career Workshops
Practical, short-form support for career readiness
Career Workshops are EQ focused, one-day sessions designed to help individuals prepare for their next step. Topics include resume development, job searching, and practical AI tools that support workplace and career tasks.
These workshops are ideal for communities, employers, and organizations looking for targeted, hands-on training without a long-term commitment.
